Phil Hawley has had over thirty years experience as a local government engineer, and during this time has experienced almost every facet of the profession. He has an intimate knowledge of the local government industry, and is able to bring this experience to bear for the benefit of clients. This includes an understanding of the driving forces within the industry, experience at working with local communities (both small and large), and he also understands the political realities of local government.

The majority of our clients are local governments. We now have an extensive list of Local Government clients and a comprehensive and diverse range of projects that have been satisfactorily completed.
