PEECE recently undertook a technical exchange to four centres in China; Bejing, Changchun, Xian and Shanghai.  Presentations on transportation planning were made to consultancy groups and government officials in Changchun and to academics in Jongi University in Shanghai.  Phil was part of this exchange.
