Dubbo Fleet Management Services - Business Operations Manual |

PHA were invited to prepare a Business Operations Manual for the Fleet Management Branch of Dubbo City Council. The manual has been designed to provide a ready reference for management that shows the business processes and procedures that have been adopted within the Branch and documented, and the Corporate Planning Manual, to guide management in complying with the corporate requirements. 
The Manual has been deliberately formatted to reflect an asset management strategic business planning hierarchy. This ensures that an asset management approach is adopted to ensure the best possible return on Council's substantial investment in plant and light vehicles. The Executive Summary of the Manual can be viewed here: Executive Summary.pdf (30.07 KB) This project was the culmination of several years of development work by Council which led to the awarding of a "Commendation" in the National Awards for Local Government 2002, in the category of "Organisational Practices".
