Phil Hawley & Associates is a consultancy specialising  in the civil engineering and project management fields.  Our primary focus is on local government, but we also have a number of clients in other levels of government  and the private sector.

The business was established in 1999 and is based in the NSW South Coast town of Nowra.  We are prepared to accept briefs throughout Australia and have completed projects in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

Prior to its establishment, the Principal of the firm, Phil Hawley, had thirty years experience as a local government engineer, with particular emphasis in solid waste, environmental, contract and project management, and community consultation.
